I am not able to receive the sound when the meeting participant share sound (audio) and share screen containing Video.

What to do?

Are you able to hear speech (voices of other participants) before/during the screen-share starts?
Are other participants able to hear sound from the screen-share over the call?
Are you able to test on another device to see if the issue persists?
Please provide the following info from your individual setup:
- Operating system
- Version of Zoom (including build number)
- Audio input device
- Audio output device
