Audio issues with zoom ever since I updated to Monterey 12.2

Hi zoom community, 

I have a MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015) 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

I updated to Monterey 12.2 and since then my audio on zoom has been very poor.  I am not sure how to fix this. 

A notification popped up stating that resources may affect audio (something along those lines).

Please can any one help?

    Hey @MNJ, do you mind capturing a screenshot of that error you're facing when prompted? Have you tried updating your Zoom client as well?
