Audio Alerts

During Zoom meetings, I don't hear the alert when people enter and leave the room, even though the notification option is abled. Also, when I'm a guest at a meeting and the host shares his computer's sound, I don't hear it either. I don´t know if the problem is on Windows or Zoom
