Alternative Host

I'm trying to add an alternative host. The individual is a licensed user and a member of the same account. For some reason, it will not recognize the user. Suggestions on how to fix this?

    When you schedule the meeting, type in the user's email address and click save, what message do you get? Is it the message in the screenshot I attached?

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, that is the exact message I receive.  I have even confirmed with the two individuals I've attempted to add that our account numbers match.

    I would put in a support ticket or chat with Zoom support maybe even better that submitting a ticket. Hopefully, it is something they can quickly fix. The only thing I can think to try if you feel like troubleshooting is to see if the other person can sign in and make you an alternate host. Just to see if it works.
