adding phone number

Hi, I want to add my phone number to my Zoom account. It usually sends that the code is not verified. I've tried to enter it six times with codes sent to my cellphone but it doesn't work.

Hi @Emanlabeb, Welcome to the Zoom Community!

Please delete the phone number from your profile under Zoom.us/profile, save, then re-add the number and then attempt to verify. It should work as expected after this 🙂 .

Thank you for your try , but it doesn't work . The button is not activated on cellphone . This is a screenshot of the page from my cellphone. I tried to add from laptop but it didn't work. I don't understand what's the problem.

Hey @Emanlabeb suggest looking into the personal section of the KB on customizing your profile. Have you attempted to access the web portal from a desktop computer rather than mobile to see if you're able to edit?

I had this issue, and solved it by leaving out the leading zero of my mobile number.

e.g. 0412 xxx x92 - entered 412 xxx x92
