Adding additional Hosts

Hi

I am scheduling a meeting and when I try to add additional hosts emails I keep getting an error message saying their email is not exist, any ideas?

Catherine this is happening to me as well even though the people that I am trying to designate as alternative hosts both have paid Zoom accounts.
