Account access

I don’t have access to my 2FA app nor do I have my recovery codes. Virtual agent suggested resetting password leading , well ,to losing access to account completely ! 

The account I’m talking about is associated with email “*********** “ . Kindly send a reset 2FA form or whatever the paperwork is so I can confirm my identity and recover access to that account.
