Accessing Reports After Plan Expired

Hi, After almost 1,5 years of pro usage, my account is expired. Unfortunately, I missed to export the Active Hosts report for the last 10 months. My access to reports also immediately banned as my account expired, but I need the reports for that period. Can anyone suggest a way.

 

By the way, I find this unfair, the reports should be accessible for a certain period of time and there should be a warning before the expiration date.

    Hey @Nihale sorry for the experience you had! However, as this is not retrievable according to our Getting started with Zoom reporting, "the meeting reports such as attendee lists and polling results, can be retrieved for the last 12 months, with a search range of up to one month at a time. If a meeting is not started in 30 days, expires, and is batch deleted by Zoom, the registration reports for the meeting are also deleted."
