Ability to download recorded session without main host availible

Hello! We recorded the session, We would like to download this session. The challenge is that the main host is not available. The host assigned an alternative host before his leave.  Alternative host do not see an option to download. Do we have any options to download it without main host? Our IT support says that it is not possible. Would like to hear if somebody knows. Thank you very much in advance.
