We have 1 account where we can have 2 meetings. However we do not seem to be able to start 2 seperate zoom meetings at the same time. What are we doing wrong?

Hello!  To be able to host 2 meetings at the same time, you need to be on a business, education, or enterprise license and the host must start the meeting.

Check out this support article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

    Thanks! Rick

Hi, Thanks we are on a Pro plan with 2 licenses so it should be possible.  We are just at a loss what to do now.

    Hello!
With a pro license, each user should be able to host 1 meeting.  So in this scenario, you'd need to have two different accounts, each with a license, to start the meetings.

You could schedule the meeting with account 2 and set account 1 as a co-host.  Then account 1 should be able to start both meetings.
