Mainland Chna has set rules which stop free users joining zoom meetings.
Paid users should be able 
Some accounts may block connections from China.

These are problems due to actions and insturctions from China. If you want to get round these things you may try usng a VPN product.

China has decided it does not want you using the zoom platform for anonymous conversation.
