zoomミーティング中、延長したときクラウドへ録画していると整理したと通知が来て、ミーティングが停止される。回避方法はあるか

    If your meeting ended immediately after you extended it and you saw a “recording to the cloud” message, the best way to prevent this is to ensure cloud recording can continue when the meeting goes beyond its original scheduled time.

    Try these checks:

     

    1. Confirm you have enough cloud recording storage

    If your account is out of cloud recording storage, cloud recording can fail when it tries to continue/save. Make sure you have available cloud storage before long/extended meetings.

     

    1. Make sure your connection is stable (especially for the host)

    Cloud recording depends on a stable connection. If the host’s network drops or becomes unstable around the time the meeting is extended/recording continues, it can disrupt the session/recording flow.

     

    1. If you don’t need cloud recording, avoid starting it

    Don’t click “Record to the Cloud” (and if your account has automatic cloud recording enabled, consider turning that off for meetings where you don’t need it).
