To create a Zoom meeting for your staff:

1. Click the Calendar tab in the top navigation bar.
2. Create a new event and fill in the details.
3. Click Save, then open the event’s details page.
4. Click the down arrow (top right) and select Make it a Zoom Meeting.
5. Click Ok to finalize.
