Hi @afppopular,

 

Thanks for posting on our Zoom Community Forum! We appreciate your post. 

 

Because the error you are seeing is defaulting you to our standard Salesforce - Zoom Integration installation instructions and it appears this was already looked into,  can you please open up a support ticket with us at support.zoom.us?  That way, we may  investigate more closely on the error you are seeing for your account specifically.

Hello @afppopular -  The reason your are getting the error is because the user doesn’t have OAuth permission for Zoom app. Once you granted user(s) access in SF then they should be able to authenticate.

Are you using Zoom Meetings or Webinars? In case you are using Zoom Webinars, we have an integration that could automatically sync your Zoom data into Salesforce.
