Marketo Zoom Integration: Changing Webinar schedule with registered users

Hello,

 

I was wondering what would happen if we changed the webinar date after users have already registered.

 

the webinar has not occurred yet.

 

for example

  • Will users be sent a new zoom confirmation email of the new date?
  • will it break the existing connection?

 

I'm hesitant to change it since I worry it may cause a problem

    Hi @davo1 

     

    Under normal circumstances, in Zoom, you can update a Webinar and send an update to your registrants (the people who are registered in Zoom). The Webinar ID and registrations won't be broken.

     

    But I am not aware of the Marketo Zoom Integration, or whether that changes the circumstances for you.
