LTI Pro Integration - Delete Instance

I tried to connect the LTI pro account with the Moodle calendar.  I set up a token in moodle, went to the LTI Pro 3rd party integrations - activated calendar and created an instance - adding the token generated in Moodle

 

Went into test in Moodle and the following message appears -"The requested URL /login/oauth2/auth was not found on this server."

 

Obviously I have done something wrong and tried to reverse my actions by deleting the instance and deactivating calendar setting - but it will not allow me to delete the instance. 

 

Any ideas on how I can get the LTI pro integration working again?

Got it resolved - when logged into marketplace, every time you make an edit you have to relog in again.  So when I thought it was prohibiting my edits, it blocked it because I had to log in again.  Once I did that I was able to reverse my action and get the integration working in Moodle again.

 

Still don't have the calendar integrated with Moodle.  Guidance from anyone that has done it previously welcomed.
