Is there way to create and register an app using zoom API

Is there a way to create and register an app. Something like if the user's email is a paid account in zoom, they can create an account in marketplace immediately and generate API keys and API secret?

      Hi Rob, 

      All of the currently supported API calls are found here. I looked through them and could not find anything that would automate creating and registering an App through APIs, but its worth a look on your end.
