I need some guidance. And I have been spending all week trying to figure out. My copmany has Hubspot. And my admin selected the type of role for me that doesn't allow me to do the integration and etc. I am trying to help her, but there is so much. What are the roles that would allow me to do this kind of thing?

When trying to acess a Weight Watcher meeting on Zoom, i get the message cannot access on Android 14. I've been using the WW app and Zoom for years. All of axsudden i can't get in to the meeting. There is no option to update. Any ideas? Ww says it's a zoom issue and Zoom says it's a developer issue

I am using an application built using PHP Laravel 7, there was a JWT plugin used for integrating the zoom calls.After its deprecation we tried to migrate to Server to Server oAuth but we are facing issues.Does server to server oAuth supports PHP Laravel 7 built applications?

I did a software update on Mac (Sonoma 14.1.1 ) and running Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (25689) and Prezi Version 2.22.1 (10843) Now I see that although I can open the Prezi files (PVL) there is no Prezi camera option provided in Zoom and so cannot integrate PVL into the Zoom meeting. I have done a zoom uninstall/reinstall but still no joy. Any ideas?

Hi, I use the mentimeter integration in zoom webinars, but for some reason video slides never work during the webinar itself, it stays stuck while loading the videos, while in the 'regular' mentimeter environment it works normally. Does anyone know how to fix this?

 I am using Zoom SDK, Version - 5.16.10 and i am not able to launch the zoom meeting i am not getting success after passing the JWT token.As the token which i am getting i am verifying it on https://jwt.io/ website also but it is giving Invalid Signature but after doing changes on my JWT token got verified also then i pass that token in my SDK also but still i am getting "tokenWrong" error. As i have tried multiple times but not got success also my client key and secret key is also correct as i have verified it also. So problem is that after passing correct token also i am not getting success . Please help me!!!

I am trying to integrate ZOOM plugin in Moodle, I install it, I enter the APIs but when I am going to generate an activity that is a conference by ZOOM, this comes out:“You are using Zoom for the first time, so you must enable your Zoom account by logging in to with your login credentials. Hi there, I am reaching out because we have recently installed the official Zoom Phone integration for Zendesk. However, we have encountered an issue where none of the call recording URLs seem to work. Instead, they all give a "no permission" error. We have already created a support ticket for this problem but wanted to check with the community to see if anyone else has experienced the same issue and resolved it.  Full error replicated:You cannot view this recordingNo permission401 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_2293b7d5c1d6ecae I am the account owner and main administrator for our Zoom instance and am unable to resolve this on my own. Has anyone within the Zoom community who uses Zoom Phone and Zendesk experienced this issue? Hi everyone,I need some help with the Zoom admin panel. We have a main account to manage several other paid accounts. I'm trying to create an API key for one of these Zoom accounts but it's giving me the following message: "Developer privilege is required. Please contact your account admin".In tutorials online I see that you can change the account privileges in the admin panel of the main account (as you can see in this screenshot that I found on internet). However, I can not find this admin panel. It's simply not showing up. Why is the admin panel not showing up? Is there another way to change these privelege settings?Thanks in advance,Best,YW

We have integrated Zoom with our Salesforce instance.  We were led to believe that if we held a Zoom event any registered user that is in Salesforce would show an event automatically.  It doesn't seem to be happening.  Would anyone know if this is possible?

I am reaching out to report an issue I've encountered in the final steps of submitting my OAuth app for review. Despite ensuring that all prerequisites and form fields have been completed, the submission button for my OAuth app remains inactive. There are no error messages or clear indications provided on the Developer Dashboard to suggest any missing or incorrect information. RESOLUTION UPDATE:The issue has been resolved. Although I'm unsure about how to delete the post, it's important to note the cause of the problem for anyone who might encounter a similar situation. One of our developers identified that there was a discrepancy in the application: a "login" link provided in the submission for review did not match the corresponding link within the application itself. This mismatch was not flagged by the submission process, which led to some confusion. Please be aware of this in your own submissions.

We're using Zoom in my organization, but lately, the /zoom command has stopped working in Slack. After writing the command and pressing Enter/Return, I get the message "Sorry, can't handle your request right now. Please try again later." (see attached picture).  What can I do here?
