Hi,

I have been using zoom (pro account) for years with no problems, recently, however, both when I am hosting or attending a meeting, both audio and video are glitching. I recently hosted a meeting with around 10 ppl, I froze for them and they froze for me (every 30 seconds or so), but they did not freeze for each other. I also attend a weekly class and they are freezing for me also intermittently. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my broadband (all good). Can anyone shed any light?

    I recommend you contact Zoom Support with the meeting ID that you faced the issue.
