End Meeting web hook not coming some time

Thanks for reaching out to the community.  While it is not possible to give you a specific answer to your problem, here are some issues that might be preventing timely webhook delivery:

1) If you have not opened your firewall to allow all of the ip addresses that could be generating the webhook messages.

2) If your network is saturated and unable to receive the webhook messages due to capacity

3) If your network/firewall throttles the number of messages from a source

4) If your firewall blocks unsolicited traffic (DoS attack prevention)

I would check with your network administrator and see if they can determine if the messages are making it to your firewall, and if so, what might be happening to them.
