cannot add LTI Pro app

I am trying to add  the LTI Pro app so I can connect to Canvas LMS. I pre-approved the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but the "add" button is still greyed out and I cannot add the app to my account. I do have an Education account and have tried pre-approving it both for myself and for the all users and neither option has worked.

I too have the same issue... Is there a reason for this?

I'm sorry for the late response. Kindly check under the privacy and compliance the user role requirement to see if your admin role has all the required privileges.

My account is an admin account so i should have permission to access the account but it is still grayed out 

The other admins tried and failed too 

 

Can you help me some more?
