Best way to integrate Zoom with GoHighLevel without conflicts?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working with GoHighLevel and noticed that integrating Zoom can sometimes get tricky, especially when the same Zoom account has been connected before.

In a few cases while working on Funnelsflex projects, I ran into conflicts where Zoom was already linked to another sub-account, which caused errors during re-connection.

I wanted to ask—what’s the best way to properly disconnect and reconnect Zoom so it works smoothly across accounts?

Is there a recommended workflow to avoid these issues in the first place?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has dealt with this.

HI ​@Funnelsflex Team ,

Yes, I am not happy that gohighlevel did the best job with integration.
I have started using my own app for that reason.

They are not alone, Zapier, Pabbly, these companies are not “on the ball” when it comes to updates.
What sort of data are you pushing between GHL and Zoom?
