Zoom Events Report Data Incomplete

In the Event Analytics dashboard, it shows that 717 people have registered for the event. When I pull a general ticket registration report, 70 of the 717 registrations have incomplete data. They have name and email, but “no response” is listed in fields that are required on the registration form and “N/A” is listed in fields such as Registration Method and Access type. This only started occurring in the past couple of days. Some registrations are still coming through with all fields showing complete data. I did wait more than 24 hours to see if there was a delay in the report processing. There were no changes to registration or the required fields.

    Since you’re seeing “no response” and “N/A” for required fields and registration methods, and this issue started recently without any changes to your registration form, it may be a temporary reporting or data sync issue.

     

    Here are a few steps you can try:

    • Double-check that all required fields are still marked as required in your event setup.
    • Confirm that registrants are not using third-party integrations or registration methods that might bypass certain fields.
    • Wait a bit longer to see if the data syncs, as sometimes there can be processing delays.
    • If the issue persists, consider exporting the registration data again or checking for any recent updates or known issues in the Zoom Events platform.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue as Elaine for my recent Zoom Event, the compulsory field showed as N/A for the report “Total attendance (Live or lobby)”. I have exported the reports after 2-3 days, it still showed as N/A. Could Zoom tech team check this issue? Thanks.
