Is there a reason I cant see the recording I saved to the Cloud last week? How do we retrieve the recording?

    If you  selected Record to Cloud during your meeting you should find the recording in your Zoom Portal in the Recordings tab on left navigation.  If you were a Co-host or Alternate Host for the meeting you would need to reach out to the original host that scheduled the meeting as the recording would be in their portal.
