PPT Video playing feedback noise issues

trouble sharing videos within PPT. I have to keep checking and unchecking "Optimize Video" and "Share Sound" in between them due to feedback noise when having a discussion about the video content in between them.  Is there a setting I need to check in order to not have to continue to do this each time I play a PPT video?

    Hi @apkirk! Apologies for the delayed response. If you are using a Windows device, please run this file and restart your device: https://assets.zoom.us/docs/msi-templates/CleanZoom.zip. This will clear the bad Zoom data on your device and help Zoom run smoothly. After restarting your device, kindly reinstall Zoom through this link: https://zoom.us/download.

     

    If you are using a Mac device, please follow these steps to uninstall/reinstall.

     

    This usually does the trick!
