Device recommendation needed for livestream and recording

Based on the below do you have any recommendation on a product for my team.  

• Good Recording image Quality 
• Mobility (can be moved easily, outdoors etc.)
• Recording, need capability to livestream and record at same time, we cannot save to the cloud.
• Zoom would be our platform.
• would appreciate a microphone recommendation that is compatible
