Bought OnZoom ticket in US but now living in Canada
I have a participant who bought their event series in USA and is now in Canada for the summer. It is not allowing her to access the recording.
Is there a way to override this?

Due to the geographic restrictions of OnZoom, you would have to share recordings manually from your web portal. (https://zoom.us/recording)
