Audio Settings for Windows

i used my phone to attend my own zoom meeting last week. Now, every time I use zoom, I get a popup on my screen with phone numbers for me to call in. This is happening when I'm trying to record a training video and it's very frustrating. I've checked my settings and it says my microphone is working.

Please advise.

    Is this the only place to get support? I've spent about 20 hours on trying to fix this issue - reading posts on google, watching videos and my settings are correct. I'm going to have to look for another platform to record my meetings if this is not solved in the next 24 hours.

    It's hilarious that over the last 3 days, I've gotten emails congratulating me on my "new ranks" in the zoom community...

    And no solutions got my issue I posted about. I'm not here to build the community. I'm here for support. By the way, I've submitted an offical Support ticket and no response to that either. I'll be moving on to a new platform after many years of being a paid user.
