Zoom webhook event subscription not triggering endpoint URL validation

I am having an issue with a Zoom webhook event subscription. The endpoint URL is not being validated successfully, even though the endpoint is available and responding. I have checked the webhook configuration and endpoint settings, but the validation still fails. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what could cause it?
