Zoom's UC Platform Increases Efficiency and Builds Connection for Heartland Area Education Agency

Heartland AEA is the largest one of its kind in Iowa. They support "53 public school districts and 30 non-public schools, serving approximately 150,000 students and 11,000 educators." 

Fulfilling this important work requires a complete unified communication system that serves all of their needs and keeps them connected and secure. They chose Zoom to carry the weight. Heartland deploys Zoom Meetings, Phone, Rooms, Events, and Chat to make sure that their staff, faculty, and students are able to be successful.
