Removal of Bank Account & Billing Information

Dear Zoom Team!

I want to remove my Bank Account from Billing as I don't want auto renewal of my Zoom account subscription. I need your support for removing my Bank Account from billing.

Hi @hmis_punjab - you can reach-out to your Renewals Manager and advise about your interest to not auto-renew. I would recommend that you create a Billing case through this link so our specialists can guide you about removing your bank account info.  Thank you.
