When pulling reports from Zoom, the polling report does not include any names and email. Is there any workaround for a fix?

Kind Regards,

ITSD

    Hi @Acora Level1 Support,

Thank you for joining Zoom community. If your polling report is blank for participant names/emails, it’s usually due to one of these:

    1. The poll was set to Anonymous
    • In that case, Zoom will intentionally show “anonymous” (or no identifying info) for names and email in the polling report.
    • Workaround: Re-run the poll in a future meeting/webinar with Anonymous polling turned off.
    1. Participants weren’t required to register / weren’t authenticated
    • If people join without registration or authentication, Zoom may not have a verified email to include in the polling report.
    • Workaround options (for future sessions):
      • Turn on Registration (so Zoom collects name/email at signup), and/or
      • Require attendees to be signed in (authentication).
