problem with lessons

Hey, everyone

 

I have a problem with Zoom

Before when I download Documents during the class, everything stayed saved in my Zoom chat. but now, even if I download the files, I can’t find anything anymore.

It look like the chat and the documents have disappeared, like I was removed from the channel. I don’t really understand what’s happened.

Could you please help me?

    hi ​@Joelle Esquerre ,

    I am not sure what you mean by download.

    If you save things in zoom like chat they will all be in your documents folder.

    Inside you will find a zoom folder with each meeting have date and time for the folder name and inside you may find recordings, chat and anything else you saved.

    Hi, I think the problem comes from the change from Team Chat to Chat on Zoom.

    I can’t see my previous channels anymore.I don’t know why . It was all my document of my classes.

    i contact my school they told nothing with them contact zoom.
