Bug: Mac Zoom app displays incorrect timestamps in chat - not adhering to new time zone.
Summary:
The Mac app (latest, 7.2.5 (90525)), plus older versions, show chat timestamps behind by 1 hour in the Canadian timezones staying on Daylight Time, despite the app showing the correct time and meeting times elsewhere.
Detail:
BC and Alberta no longer switch to Standard time. BC is now permanently on Daylight Savings Time UTC/GMT-7.
The Zoom app on Mac shows the correct time in the Home tab, the Calendar shows the correct time, and meeting notifications arrive on-time.
Messages in chat show their timestamp as being 1 hour behind, or GMT-8, corresponding to Pacific Standard Time.
In the web app, the timestamps are displaying correctly.
Timezone is set correctly in the Zoom profile, and the Mac displays the correct time in all other apps/system clock.
There is a Time zone setting in the Mac App in the Calendar settings, it's showing GMT-7 (correct), and "Use device time zone" is on, and greyed out (can't be disabled).
This appears to be a bug specific to chat on the Mac Zoom app.
