Why no ability to export all tables from a Canvas spreadsheet?

Working in Canvas to create a spreadsheet that is easily shared where multiple people can work on it at once is extremely helpful. Not being able to export all tables within that spreadsheet is not. Please add an “export all” option for the whole document instead of making us export each sheet individually. At this point it’s more time efficient to continue creating these spreadsheets in Excel where people work on them in turns.

    Thank you for sharing this feedback — you've made a really compelling case, and I completely understand the frustration. The ability to collaborate in real time on Canvas is a huge win, but having to export each sheet individually definitely offsets some of that efficiency.

    This is great product feedback, and I'd love to make sure it gets in front of the right team. I'd encourage you to reach out to your Account Executive (AE) directly so they can formally submit this as a feature request on your behalf. Having it come through your account team helps ensure it's tracked, prioritized, and tied to real customer impact.

    If you're not sure who your AE is, you can find their contact info by logging into your Zoom Admin Portal or reaching out to Zoom Support and they can point you in the right direction.
