To send a ticket, the platform does not work and I cannot send my request. I send you my request here:
I have an annual subscription from 22.03.23 and it is valid until 22.03.2024, in the name of Elena Riba. The invoice is on SanEdu Center. For a week now, the platform does not allow me to stay in the session, it kicks me out after 40 minutes. Every time I get the notification to update the plan, which sends me to a new billing. But I paid the bill for one year. Please fix this technical problem for me to support my sessions.
