Zoom Profile & Cannot Update Zoom
Hi, I am hoping that someone can help. I have a Zoom account and profile, and can sign in. However when I have contacted Zoom Support they do not recognise my profile. This means that I cannot access support.
I am also trying to update my Zoom program on my desktop (which is the reason that I am trying to access Zoom Support), however when I sign in to my Zoom account and follow the steps to locate the link that looks for updates, the link title is not present. I am going around in circles, and cannot get Zoom to recognise me to provide technical assistance.
