Hello

my zoom invoice payments are updated, however, my profile is tagged as basic, not Pro

would you know how to fix this?

    Hi @Beds and welcome to the Zoom Community! You may still need to assign the license you purchased. You can do this by signing into your Zoom web portal and selecting "User Management." The full step-by-step instructions can be found here. I hope this helps!
