Zoom demanding money

Zoom: anyone know how to  email them? I can't get any sense out of the useless chatbot. 

 

I have cancelled the professional plan as it is not worth the money but ZOOM are still trying to take payment from my account. Why?
This is really annoying and, more seriously, it is now affecting my credit record. I regard this as bullying. I want them to  stop immediately.
