Zoom additional license

 i have a zoom pro license under an account which is due to be renewed in Jan 2023  , i want to purchase an additional one under same account and when i  increase the Qty of licenses to 2 , it asks for full payment of two licenses 

i mean should it charge proportionate for one license and one for full year additional license
