We were unable to process payment since your sold to country is ineligible for the currency selected

Can someone help me with this error? I was able to pay all my previous bills with the same method and same details but now this won't let me make a payment.

I'm having the same issue despite re-typing all details. So weird.

I'm getting the same error. 

We were unable to process payment since your sold to country is ineligible for the currency selected.

 

Now the resolution is changing the currency in the Billing Management. While trying to do that, we're getting another error like:

Please Note

Your account is not eligible for a currency switch at this time.

For more information, please see our  Change Currency Policy.

 

Basically -we're totally stuck - there's no way we can make the payment.
