Want to change my Sign - in email

Ii did change it to a new email but the thing is, It needs my previous email's confirmation for this. The problem is that my previous email was deleted on 2021 and I obviously cant recover that account sooo... It says I must come here to 'contact us' to  . .you know inform y'all about it. But what do I do now?
