Waiting For a Simple Answer on Account Management

What does it take to get a response from Zoom folks? I submitted a simple request 12 days ago about transferring an account to a new user because of a death. In the mean time, our group on the East Coast has been waiting for an answer.  Can someone please expedite this?  When submitting the request, I believe the online system assigned this a low priority. It is not, but I could not find a way to change it.

I'm really confused as to the purpose of these boards. Is this an attempt at social media for Zoom?  I'm desperately trying to get help as I manage 19 paid accounts, and I can't get ahold of a human being. Instead, when I post on this page I'm congratulated by earning a new "Welcome" badge, then a "Chatting it Up" badge, and finally I've been promoted to the new rank of LISTENER!!!  Can I please get some help with my account management problem????
