Waiting For a Simple Answer on Account Management
What does it take to get a response from Zoom folks? I submitted a simple request 12 days ago about transferring an account to a new user because of a death. In the mean time, our group on the East Coast has been waiting for an answer. Can someone please expedite this? When submitting the request, I believe the online system assigned this a low priority. It is not, but I could not find a way to change it.
