I am the sole owner of a pro plan account. When I try to access some of the AI features, the toggles are greyed out and the message alongside says locked by Admin. I am the admin of this account, what am I missing?

Hi @elayngylang 

 

I wonder if this is the same issue I had. I first tried to enable AI under Settings on my account. Try:

 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account Management, then Account Settings.
  3. Click the AI Companion tab.

You should be able to enable what you need from there.

by zoom web portal do you mean 'don't log in to the app, but go to the zoom website and login there? I think that's what I did and it seems to have worked.
