URGENT: Locked out of account due to lost 2FA device – No recovery codes (Work/Academic Impact)

Hello Zoom Community,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a personal (Free) Zoom account that I have been locked out of. This account is critical for my ongoing work and university studies.

I previously enabled 2FA using Google Authenticator on a university-issued iPhone 6. I have since transitioned to a new device (iPhone 13) and no longer have access to the old phone or the recovery codes. I know my correct password, but I cannot get past the 2FA verification screen.

I have already tried Checking for cloud sync, but I am still stuck.

I am currently posting from a secondary account because I cannot log in to my main one. Can a Zoom representative please contact me via Direct Message (DM) so I can securely provide the email address for my main account and verify my identity?

Thank you for your help

LOL…. Good luck w/ customer support, all your going to get is the virtual assistant because you cannot log in even though that is the issue and it goes round and round in a circle.  I just have the pleasure of having to deal w/ this myself. Let me know if you get help or a work around.
