Upgrading my account

I'm trying to upgrade from basic to pro. I don't want the business account so don't tick the business account box but every time, I get asked to fill in my VAT rate with the text "If you are a Business customer, enter VAT number"

I can't get past this point.

I am experiencing the same problem, and it is clear that Zoom has failed to fix this now error in the form. I have tried multiple times to upgrade, and have been one hour on the Zoom support - where they seem to unaware of this problem and the multiple postings. @608130 - please can you fix this basic error, so that no one else has to go through this painful experience of trying to upgrade. Very frustrated customer.

I have exactly the same problem and I have tried for days now! Does anyone have a solution? Would be very grateful!! Zoom support is very unsatisfying!

I’ve been trying for several weeks now. 
Zoom are losing clients left right  & centre over this. 
I wish zoom support would help.
