Upgrade to Pro > checkout not possible
Hi,
I would like to upgrade my basic account to pro. I made the corresponding selections, after entering my billing address I cannot process further. Reason is that the form requires me to provide a tax number. However, I am a private person - no business, no tax number - and I also did not check the "This is a corporate adress" field.
Is there an error in the checkout form?
Any suggestions how to proceed?
