Unable to access Paid account

I have a paid Zoom account which was set up with an old email address which is no longer in use. 

I am unable to access it as it wants to now send a code to my email address after I have entered my log in details.

The email address does not exist which means I can not get the code.

How am I able to access my Zoom account?

I desperately need it for my business.

I have the password and email address to log on but with the code it wants to send me I am not able to do so.

    We are sorry to hear that you are unable to access your Zoom paid account.

     

    We can see that you have opened a ticket for us and our Technical Support Orlando already responded to you on ticket number 15108000. He suggested changing your Zoom email so that we can assist. Please respond to Orlando's email and provide the following.

    • New email address that you have access to
    • Billing Address or Copy of Invoice
    • Last 4 digits of the credit card on file or payment method

    We have paid on 10.10.2022 through other card icici card number 4501721248350008 but still it is not updated
