Switching a Zoom Account

We are switching billing/contact information on a paid Zoom account with my contact information.  In the profile, it is not allowing me to update the email:

 

Email '***********' has already been used.

 

My presumption is that it is because I have a free Zoom account under this email.  How can I get this updated?  Do I "delete" my free Zoom account?

    Hi @FCCA 

     

    Yes Deleting your free zoom account may be the simplest way in this scenario. After that you can use it to update your profile with the email as long as you have access to it.
