subscription charges

Hi does anyone know if when you’re sent the annual subscription cost it includes VAT or not (in the UK). I had an email to say price was increasing to £139 but today they automatically took nearly £168! It’s impossible to speak to an agent even on chat!

    Zoom will charge you depdning on which country you are using to pay.
    So if you chose to pay on the uk account you pay uk

    If you chose another currency, the you pay the price for that country.

    So, you should setup an account in the country you really live in.

    I suggest you close the account and setup one in the right place. It is possible to transfer accounts, but not really when you only have one user in your account.

    I’m not sure what your reply has to do with my question. I live in the uk and my account is set up in the uk and I pay in british pounds. But I have been charged a completely different amount at annual subscription to what my renewal letter told me I would be, hence my question
